Where your order ships from
Every order is packed and dispatched from Jaipur, Rajasthan. We are an online-only shop — there is no counter to collect from — and we deliver within India.
Cut-off and packing
Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day enter packing the same day; handling takes 1–2 business days, Monday to Saturday. Light strings ship coiled on a card former rather than loose, so the lead wires are not pulled at the first bulb — that joint is where a string fails. Bulbs travel in a moulded tray and the controller is bagged separately.

We move parcels through Blue Dart and XpressBees. Remote PIN codes and festival backlogs can add a day or two.
What delivery costs
Free shipping on orders of ₹1,499 and above; a flat ₹49 applies below that. One charge per order, shown on the cart page before you pay — no fuel levy, packing charge or surcharge added later.
Approve the request in any UPI app; the order moves straight into packing.
Pay the courier at your door. Available on most serviceable PIN codes; a few remote areas are prepaid-only.
A tracking link is sent by email and SMS as soon as the parcel is picked up.
