Payment Policy

Two ways to pay, neither of which asks you for card details.

Approve the collect request in Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or your bank app. Your UPI PIN is entered in your own app and never touches this site.

Cash on Delivery

Pay the courier when the order reaches you. A few remote PIN codes are prepaid-only; checkout will say so before you confirm.

What we do not accept

We do not process credit cards, debit cards, net banking, EMI or any third-party wallet. There is no card field anywhere on this site and no card data is stored. If a page or caller claiming to be us asks you to pay by card, treat it as fraudulent and tell us at customercare@luxipillows.shop.

Prices, tax and extras

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and include applicable charges. We trade as a sole proprietorship below the GST registration threshold, so no GST is added and no tax invoice is issued. Delivery charges appear on the cart page before payment.

Refunds return the way they came: UPI to the originating account, Cash on Delivery by bank transfer. Cancellations settle within 5–7 working days; approved returns within 10 business days.
