- Before you order — sizing, materials, compatibility, or whether we deliver to your PIN code.
- Order not moving — send the order number. If tracking has been static over 48 hours we chase the courier ourselves.
- Damaged or wrong item — attach the unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery and we settle it as a replacement or refund.
- Return or cancellation — email from the address you ordered with, quoting the order number.
